Each June, in recognition of Cancer Survivors Month, Aultman Cancer Center hosts a Cancer Survivors Celebration for patients and their families. The event is a joyful opportunity for our community to come together, enjoy cookies, listen to live music, hear several inspiring Grateful Patient stories and pick up small gifts to take home. One of the highlights of this celebration is the generous activity kits provided by Diehl Subaru of Massillon and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Each year, our cancer center team looks forward to receiving these kits and sharing them with our patients. The generosity of Diehl Subaru has truly become a cornerstone of our event and something our patients talk about for months afterward. It's not uncommon for our nurses to see patients enjoying the items from these kits while undergoing treatment, bringing moments of comfort and distraction during difficult days. Thank you, Diehl Subaru, for your continued generosity and for helping make this event so meaningful for the patients and families we serve.

The Annual Paddle for Pink at Lake Mohawk began as a way for the community to come together to raise awareness and funds to support local breast cancer patients. Over the years, it has grown into an incredible fundraiser that continues to make a meaningful impact in our community. Participants sign up to paddle around the lake while gathering sponsors and supporters who contribute to their fundraising efforts. Paddlers who raise the most funds are entered to win prizes generously donated by local community members. The day is full of celebration featuring a lunch, champagne toast at the conclusion, live music and so much more! In 2025, Diehl Subaru of Massillon generously donated two Pelican Rise 100X Recreational Sit-In Kayaks. These fantastic watercraft were raffled off during the event, giving participants the chance to purchase tickets for an opportunity to win. Not only did two lucky ticketholders go home with new kayaks, but the raffle also helped the event raise significant funds, contributing to an impressive total of $50,000 to support the cause. Thank you, Diehl Subaru, for your continued generosity and for helping make this event so meaningful for participants and patients alike.

Diehl Subaru of Massillon went above and beyond by sponsoring our high school bowling team. Their support directly helped provide opportunities for our student-athletes to compete, grow, and feel supported by their community. It means so much to our program to have a local business that genuinely invests in students and youth activities, and we are incredibly grateful for their generosity and commitment to supporting local schools.

Advancing Care, Saving Lives: Our Mission in Action In September 2025, Humphrey was brought to the Stark County Humane Society by a Good Samaritan after being found lying on the side of the road—barely alive. He was severely emaciated, covered in fleas, unable to stand, and in critical condition. It was clear that without immediate medical intervention, Humphrey would not survive. Thanks to the advancements within our Veterinary Medicine Department, our medical team was able to act quickly and decisively. Using our in-house bloodwork machines, we obtained vital lab results within minutes, allowing us to accurately assess just how sick Humphrey truly was. With this immediate information, our skilled team placed an IV catheter and began intensive, life-supportive care without delay. For animals on the brink of death, in-house bloodwork can mean the difference between guessing and providing targeted, life-saving treatment. Rapid diagnostics allow us to stabilize patients faster, begin the correct treatments immediately, and closely monitor their response in real time. Because of these resources—and the dedication of our veterinary team—Humphrey received the critical care he needed to make it through the night. In addition to in-house bloodwork, our on-site X-ray capabilities have further transformed the level of care we can provide. Having in-house radiology reduces the need to transport critically injured animals, gives us immediate insight into internal injuries or disease, and allows us to treat more animals safely and efficiently. These diagnostic tools have significantly advanced the level of medicine we are able to offer to our sick and injured mission-statement animals. At the Stark County Humane Society, our goal has always been the animals. Every advancement in care allows us to better fulfill our mission—to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. Humphrey's story is just one powerful example of how lifesaving care, in-house diagnostics, and compassion come together to give animals a fighting chance when they need it most.

This year we once again partnered with Dustin and his team at Diehl Subaru of Massillon to hand out 252 coats, shoes, and socks to those in need in our community through Operation Warm. In addition, there were crafts, activities, cookies and hot cocoa, music, free coats and gloves and every child could take a brand-new toy. This was not a distribution; this was a community event. The line started to form almost an hour early and in less than two hours, an estimated 500 people came through our doors. Dustin and his team worked with our volunteers to ensure that every child and family felt welcome, seen, and treated with dignity. The warmth that was shared was not just through clothing. Dustin and his team were helpful and kind. They shared our passion and drive for the community, and it meant the world to everyone in attendance. The response from the community was overwhelming. People were so grateful that we even had several families crying tears of joy. When good people come together with a shared purpose, great things happen. This was a shining example of that and I hope our partnership continues for years to come.

Dear Diehl Subaru of Massillon Team, On behalf of Brooks' Bereavement Bears, thank you for your generous sponsorship of our Memorial Walk and for selecting our organization as part of the Diehl Subaru Share the Love Story. Your support goes far beyond a sponsorship — it brings comfort, compassion, and remembrance to women and families who are navigating the heartbreak of pregnancy loss. Because of partners like Diehl Subaru of Massillon, we are able to continue our mission of providing bereavement teddy bears to grieving mothers, offering a tangible reminder that their baby's life matters and that they are not alone in their grief. The Memorial Walk was a meaningful opportunity for families to honor their babies, find community, and begin healing, and your generosity played a vital role in making that possible. We are deeply grateful for Diehl Subaru's commitment to giving back and for choosing to share the love with families during some of their most difficult moments. Thank you for standing with Brooks' Bereavement Bears and for helping us turn compassion into action. With sincere appreciation, Taylor Prelac Founder, Brooks' Bereavement Bears

Imagine going without a coat, shoes, or even socks. For millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations across the country, even here in Massillon, this is a harsh reality. Helping others strengthens communities, which is why Diehl Subaru of Massillon is partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other Subaru Loves to Help® efforts, Subaru and retailers like Diehl Subaru of Massillon have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need. On 01/16/2025, Diehl Subaru of Massillon donated 204 coats to YMCA of Central Stark County. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being.

I wanted to thank Diehl Subaru and the entire Diehl Family for once again making The Josette Bedded Memorial Foundation their charity of the month. With Diehl Subaru and are many sponsors and supporters we we able to have our biggest fundraiser ever at our 2025 Windchime Ball! This year we raised over $305,000 for Northeast Ohio families fighting breast cancer. We look forward to continue our partnership for the 2026 Windchime Ball and raise even more to help families in need. Thanks again Diehl Subaru. #WeHateCancer

At Perry Helping Perry one of our largest outreach programs is our Food Pantry. Twice a month we provide a box of groceries, bags of fresh produce, meat items, beverages, potato chips and more to an average of 170 families. Diehl Subaru of Massillon helps us with this program in several ways. They serve as a drop off location for folks to bring in non-perishable food items that we pick up as needed to supplement our purchases from the Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank. Additionally, they hold an annual food drive that brings us literally thousands of pounds of food to help us feed the hungry. We would not be able to reach as many people with as many food options as we do without their help. Thank you Dustin Shahan and the entire team at Diehl Subaru of Massillon. You folks truly are helping Perry Helping Perry help those in need.

Diehl Subaru of Massillon is one of the best partners we have for the Perry Helping Perry Bike Program. We bring in donated bikes, check them out, replace any worn or defective parts and clean them up to look as close to new as we can. We then donate them back to the Perry Township community families in need. The thing that is so great about Diehl Subaru is that they allow anyone to drop off a bike to be donated to us, keep them locked up and out of the way until we are ready to pick them up. This saves us so much time and vehicle wear and tear. It is awesome for me to pull up to Diehl Subaru and find 5 or 6 (or 12-14) bikes for us to repair. Here is an example of what they allow us to do. On May 31, 2025 we held our 5th annual spring bike giveaway where in one day we gave 75 bikes to needy children and families. As a HUGE partner of ours, Diehl Subaru provided us drop off point for 43 bikes this year so far. Thank you Dustin Shahan and the entire team at Diehl Subaru of Massillon.

WICK3NS is our Senior level 3 team at C Force Athletics. This team defied all odds and received a bid to the D2 Summit in Orlando, Florida. This was a huge accomplishment for this team and our gym. This would be our first time attending this event. WICK3NS also would be attending another event in Orlando a month prior to the Summit. We set out to fundraise to pay for each athlete on the team to attend and compete at the D2 Summit. We needed to raise $22,000 in 4 months. This was no easy task but our girls made it happen. We could not have done this journey without sponsors like Diehl who believed in our gym and our athletes. We will forever be thankful for sponsors that believed in us and helped us and helped make this trip possible for our 22 athletes.

Subaru Share the Love The Stark County Humane Society is proud to be a partner with Diehl Subaru of Massillon, OH. Their continued support of our furry friends is truly life-saving! We are fortunate to be one of their charities of choice. On Saturday, May 24, 2025, we held another successful Diehl Subaru Adoption Event. The Stark County Humane Society team—and our adoptable pets—were warmly welcomed into the Diehl Subaru showroom. Events like this help raise awareness, increase adoptions, and allow us to make new connections within the community. On behalf of everyone at the Stark County Humane Society—and especially our furry friends—thank you for your support!

Subaru Share the Love Event The Stark County Humane Society is incredibly grateful for the continued support of Subaru and Diehl’s Subaru of Massillon! Generous donations like this help us provide the highest quality care for the unwanted and homeless animals in our community. These contributions go directly toward the care of our animals. Every animal adopted from our shelter receives age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, heartworm testing (for dogs), spay/neuter surgery, and microchipping prior to adoption. From January through April 2025, we welcomed 299 canine companions and 704 feline friends into our shelter. None of this would be possible without the compassionate support of Subaru and Diehl’s Subaru of Massillon. Thank you for helping us make a difference in the lives of so many animals!

Darla, a five-year-old bulldog mix, arrived at the Stark County Humane Society as part of a cruelty investigation. Previously used for breeding on a compound, she appeared to have spent most of her life confined to a cage. Malnourished, dehydrated, and extremely fearful, Darla was in urgent need of care and compassion. After receiving the necessary medical attention and time to recover, Darla became available for adoption. One of the shelter’s dedicated employees, who had formed a special bond with her, decided to foster Darla to see how she might integrate into their home and existing group of rescue dogs. By the end of the very first day, it was clear that Darla had found her forever family. She now enjoys a safe, loving environment with her human companions and her adopted canine siblings—three of whom are also former Humane Society residents rescued from cruelty cases. Today, Darla is truly thriving. Her favorite pastimes include eating, napping, and taking stroller walks with her best friend, Marla. Her story is a powerful reminder of the resilience of animals and the life-changing impact of compassion and second chances. The help from Subaru and the annual Subaru Share the Love Event, the Stark County Humane Society can continue to “Speak for those that cannot speak for themselves”.

Roxxi’s Journey: From Heartbreak to Healing At just eight weeks old, Roxxi arrived at the Stark County Humane Society alongside her three siblings. The circumstances of their surrender were vague, leaving our team with little information—but it was immediately clear that Roxxi needed urgent medical attention. X-rays revealed that Roxxi had suffered an old distal humeral fracture, a painful injury requiring months of treatment. In addition to this, she also had a condition commonly known as “cherry eye,” which would later require surgical correction. Despite the challenges ahead, Roxxi’s spirit remained unbroken. One month into her recovery, she underwent spay surgery and had both eyes repaired. During this time, she was placed with a foster family who, upon meeting her, knew they couldn’t let her go. Roxxi had found her forever home. Though her cast and splints have since been removed, ongoing veterinary evaluations determined that Roxxi will need a lifetime of joint supplements and limited physical activity. Her adoptive family is fully committed to giving her the loving and supportive home she deserves. Thanks to the generosity of Subaru and the annual Subaru Share the Love Event, the Stark County Humane Society is able to provide life-changing care for animals like Roxxi. Because of this support, we can continue to fulfill our mission to “Speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.”

Childhood poverty affects one in five children in Stark County, Ohio, underscoring the urgency of the mission of United Way of Greater Stark County. Families face immense barriers, but Diehl Subaru in Canton, Ohio, combined with others, helped to provide vital resources to connect them to the resources they need to thrive. Recently, I learned of the profound impact of your contribution. Consider a local mom with three young children facing eviction after losing her job. Overwhelmed and unsure, she found hope through our Strong Neighborhoods, Strong Families initiative, made possible by supporters like Diehl Subaru. A Community Health Worker at the school her children attend, guided her, and we provided emergency assistance to stop the eviction and keep utilities on. With stability restored, she was able to focus on finding work, and our team offered transportation assistance for interviews. I’m thrilled to share she landed a new job and is now setting goals for her children’s future! This story is one of many. Last year, over 100 families avoided eviction, utility shutoffs, and gained essential transportation for work, health, or education through your support. These aren’t just numbers—they’re real families and children with a brighter future because of you. Your gift ensures children receive necessities like food and healthcare, laying the foundation for healthy lives. Your commitment to community and education also aligns with our work. Early education is critical for success in Kindergarten and beyond; children who fall behind often stay behind. Thanks to you, families gain access to educational resources that address these early gaps and support ongoing learning. For the mom we mentioned, your support ensured her children who attend a local elementary school, are receiving the resources, skills and confidence to thrive in school and life. Your support isn’t just aid—it’s a powerful investment in a community where every child can live healthily, learn, and break poverty’s cycle. Together, we’re building a future of opportunity for generations to come. Thank you for your sponsorship and commitment to our community, providing necessities for children, and fostering education and healthy lives. We are grateful for your partnership and the daily difference you make for families like the one we highlighted! - Dinese Cramer | Director, Annual Campaign, United Way of Greater Stark County

We were thrilled to partner once again with Diehl Subaru for our Operation Coat event! We had bad weather the day of the event, but that didn’t stop us from making sure those coats got to the kids that needed them. We were able to deliver the coats that remained after the event to a group that works with homeless youth and families as well as two after school programs that work with children from low income families. So many families were helped thanks to Diehl Subaru’s generosity and we here at the Eric Snow Family YMCA are incredibly grateful.

For the past several years, Diehl Subaru of Massillon has partnered with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and Aultman Cancer Center through the Subaru Loves to Care initiative. The partnership has involved delivering blankets, patient care kits, and messages of hope to cancer patients. On June 20th, Diehl Subaru of Massillon personally delivered these items to Aultman Cancer Center to be given to patients in treatment. Aultman Cancer Center warmly received this incredible act of generosity. Thank you to everyone at Diehl Subaru of Massillon. This year, Diehl Subaru of Massillon has also opted to support the LLS Urgent Need Program, Pediatric which will provide five pediatric cancer households with financial relief to help offset non-medical costs associated with treatment, such as transportation, food, housing, utilities, etc.

More than 18 million people in the United States today have faced cancer and have emerged as survivors. National Cancer Survivors Month recognizes their journey from diagnosis to treatment and beyond. On Thursday, June 20, a celebration was held in Aultman’s Timken Family Cancer Center. The Aultman Cancer Center team prepared many opportunities to engage and interact with our patients and their families. All attendees enjoyed education, art displays and live music, which was provided by two cancer survivors. Additionally, our very own art therapist was in attendance and hosted a miniature art show featuring canvases from cancer patients and an art therapy demonstration. Educational materials, cookies, hand-drawn stickers of encouragement and more were also available. A highlight of the morning was the generous donation from Diehl Subaru of Massillon, in collaboration with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The team delivered 130 blankets and care kits for our patients, that were distributed throughout the event. This was not the first time this generous donation was given to Aultman Cancer Center patients. For the past several years, our patients have been moved by the generosity provided by the Subaru Loves to Care contribution. Patients appreciated a day that focused on their personal cancer journey. Aultman Cancer Center’s dedicated team of professionals provide compassionate and personalized cancer care with state-of-the-art technology and exceptional talent. Treating nearly 1,400 cancer cases annually, Aultman is a local leader in cancer care. We cannot thank Diehl Subaru of Massillon enough for their continued support of the Aultman Cancer. These gifts will continue to support our patients and our mission to lead the community to improved health.

The Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation works to raise funds that provide help for families in Northeast Ohio that have been affected by breast cancer. The signature event each year is the annual Windchime Ball, which is a black tie dinner/auction to raise funds for the foundation. 2024 was the biggest year yet which raised over $280,000 for Northeast Ohio families in need. I want to thank the Diehl Family as well as Diehl Subaru for selection us as their Charity of the Month for October 2023. We appreciate Diehl Subaru's contribution to the cause and look forward to continuing our partnership for years to come.

We are so grateful to our new friends at Diehl Subaru for supporting Luck of the Paws casino night fundraiser that benefited Pawsitive Ohio and Pawsitive Hope! The event surpassed our expectations and so did our relationship with the great employees at Diehl. Every day, countless animals find themselves without a loving home due to various circumstances. Our goal was to raise funds to provide vital medical care to animals that may not be able to get treatment at a shelter, to fund Pawsitive Hope's Forever Foster program at and support Pawsitive Ohio's low-cost/no-cost spay/neuter programs for pet owners in the area along with so much more. With Diehl's help, our two organizations will make an impact on the homeless pet population and find our furry friends a home. This is a team effort for the entire community and we are proud to have Diehl on our side. Thank you!

Houston Autrey is my son. I had Houston when I was 25 weeks pregnant. He was born August 14th, 2015. Houston weighted 1 pound 3 ounces at birth. Since, Houston was born premature he had to stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Unfortunately, Houston passed away after fighting for his life at 4 1/2 months old. He gained his angel wings, January 5th, 2016. He never got to come home except in an urn. During our time in the NICU, we received so much support from strangers, former NICU families, friends, and family. The day Houston passed away I made him a promise. I told him his legacy would live on. After Houston passed away I would donate to the NICU on every Heavenly Birthday and Angelversary ( the day he passed away). Finally, April of 2020, I made Houston’s Lift Off a 501 (C)3 nonprofit. We are a registered trademark too! Houston’s Lift Off has served over 828 NICU families and staff. Our mission is to provide necessities a family may need while traveling back and forth too the hospital. Items we provide are gas gift cards, food gift cards, catered lunches, hygiene items, baby books, baby hats, stuffed animals, crafts too make memories with their NICU baby, counseling services, and so much more! The big goal for us is to provide a space in the hospital where families can stay the night if needed. Families are traveling almost an hour away to see their sick baby. We are so grateful too receive such a generous donation from Diehl Subaru of Massillon. Dustin Shahan and his team have been so kind. This opportunity means so much to me and my nonprofit. The entire donation will go towards our goal of opening a building or space needed for a family to rest. Thank you again! It means the world to me and the NICU families we are serving.

Canton Akron Hockey Association (CAHA) held their Annual Fundraiser March 15th at MAPS museum. The event is the single greatest source of funds for the youth programs starting with children as early as 4 years of age and going all the way through the U-14 level before transitioning to high school play. As a non-profit organization our primary goal is to provide all coaches the required USA Hockey education and certification, sponsor equipment for use at the younger levels to lower the financial barrier to try the sport, support extra on-ice skills sessions with out-of-town experts, have an Angel Fund available for players in less fortunate family situations and to provide funding for out-of town tournaments throughout the season. We are a local hockey association. We are the farthest south team that competes in the Cleveland Suburban Hockey League and the closest rink to us is over 30 minutes away. A lot of the community in each direction of Canton/Massillon area call us home! This year CAHA tried switching it up and looked for area business to help at different sponsorship levels. Our Peewee 2 team manager reached out to Diehl Massillon to see if they would be interested in supporting our organization. Without hesitation they committed to our "Hat Trick" level. Which was one of our highest options available! Not only did they commit from a monitory standpoint but also donated several items that could be used in the silent auction portion of the night. This year's fundraiser brought in around $12K! Diel Subaru of Massillon not only did a $500 sponsorship, but their items donated, paired with other items brought in almost another $500! As an organization we couldn't be more thankful for the support we received from Diehl. Our event is only successful because of the support we get from local business and Diehl went above and beyond for our community Hockey Team. Thank you Diehl! Go Jets!

Dustin the GM at Diehl Subaru Massillon chose my non profit for March 2024 charity of the month and was so proud to showcase us and what we do. He and his team raised $1,800 for us which would provide enough bears to over 115 bereaved women who go through pregnancy loss. I started this non profit after my own loss to comfort women in their darkest time and it has helped over 600 women so far in under 2 years. We are so blessed to have partnerships with 7 hospitals in Ohio and Virginia. Thank you so much Diehl Subaru of Massillon.

FOSP stands for Friends of Stark Pound. we are a nonprofit organization that is associated with the stark county dog pound. Dustin at Diehl Subaru very graciously donated some awesome Subaru merchandise for our upcoming fundraiser on April 30. All money raised, helps to cover the cost to spay and neuter the dogs at the pound. In addition, this year we will be helping to improve the fencing, and the cement work for the dog runs because it is a very muddy area. Our organization would not be successful without local business support. We appreciate Diehl Subaru and Dustin so much!!

As the Director of the Eric Snow Family YMCA, I want to thank Diehl Subaru for reaching out to us to partner for an Operation Warm coat event. There is a lot of need in this community and this event allowed us to help 180 kids stay warm this winter. The Subaru staff volunteers did an incredible job helping families find just the right coats for them with kindness and dignity. Families also were able to enjoy crafts, cocoa, and cookies while they were here which added to the fun over the evening! What a blessing you were for this community! Thank you, Diehl Subaru! Diehl Subaru has gone above and beyond with supporting local nonprofits. Fundraising has become very tough for some of the smaller organizations like The Perry History Club. When Dustin reached out to let Perry History Club know they had been selected as the nonprofit of the month of September it could not have come at a better time. Our ADA bathroom project had cost overruns of $1,900 and we were working on how we were going to fund the overrun and finish our project. We needed the bathroom complete so we can get our occupancy permit and open to the public at the 1893 one room schoolhouse that we are restoring! Thank you Diehl Subaru for giving back to the Perry Township community and be an amazing blessing to our organization!

Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health (C&A) is proud to continue to partner with Diehl Subaru. This past year. Diehl Subaru has been the title sponsor of the agency's Mike Flood Endowment Fund Reverse Raffle and a sponsor of the agency's annual Let Your Light Shine event. Diehl Subaru's support of youth mental health continues to support the agency's many programs and services C&A provides to more than 4,100 clients each year. The agency is extremely lucky to have community partners like Diehl Subaru who support the community. We enjoy working with Dustin Shahan and his team! Thank you again for helping improve the lives of Stark County's youth and adolescent.

Throughout the year, Diehl Subaru is a generous supporter to many wonderful, local community programs. Perry Helping Perry was selected for the month August. With a great appreciation, we accepted a donation of $1,750. This will allow PHP to continue to meet the basic necessities of the Perry Township community with food, clothing, school supplies and transportation.

Our history reflects our hearts. Whispering Grace Horses, Inc. was founded by Bill and Marcia Shearer over 10 years ago. Starting an equine and human relationship program for youth, their families and anyone who wants to come was a natural for Bill and Marcia who have been involved professionally as Stark County educators for over sixty years and have been horse enthusiasts since their youth. They have witnessed first hand the devastation of young people struggling with relationships and broken families. Throughout their lives they have recognized the ability of horses to partner up with humans and ”heal” the spirit. They established Whispering Grace Horses in 2012, which is an equine and human relationship program serving the greater Stark County Community. Whispering Grace Horses is designed for just about everyone. From foster children and children in need to adults, veterans, and families whose lives need something that is missing. That missing link, as irrational as it may sound, may end up being one of our equine counselors. We have a strategic partnership with Pathway Caring for children who service over 700 families in the areas of counseling, foster children, and adoptions. We also continue to have a strategic partnership with Weaver Leather, The Kimble Companies, Ventrac and the Toro Company. Children and Veterans find the relationship with our horses to be similar to that of their own personal relationships. Horses are so intuitive, they know everything about you, and they never forget you. The challenge is to develop a trusting relationship with your horse, which in many ways brings out lessons about our own relationships and helps our children and veterans learn new ways of being in a relationship. Through the horse and human interaction, children and veterans can relearn how to recognize their feelings, regulate emotions, and better communicate, as well as build trust and come to trust themselves again. We work on patience, bonding, setting boundaries, leadership, responsibility and establishing healthy relationships. During the sessions, the children and veterans work with the horses from the ground, grooming, feeding and learning how to handle, lead and interact with the horse appropriately and effectively. Teaching our children and veterans how to communicate with their horse through body language, energy and pressure lets them develop a greater capacity for empathy, social-awareness and self awareness. Our program presents an opportunity to communicate with another beating heart (the horse) that will not judge or criticize and only show comfort given the right circumstances. Because horses are non-judgemental, they help people open up in ways that traditional therapy cannot. Children and veterans often report that it helps reduce stress, increase confidence, and improves their ability to trust others. Thank you so much for the opportunity to partner with Diehl Subaru. Your donation helps us to continue our mission of providing HOPE to all who come to the farm. Together we can make a difference and Diehl Subaru has definitely helped us at Whispering Grace Horses to continue our programs and help us to change lives. Please feel free to call and set up an appointment to visit the farm. You can find more information at www.whisperinggracehorses.org and also follow us on facebook.

We inquired with Diehl Subaru this summer to see if we could use their showroom for the community to drop off school supplies for Perry Helping Perry's Back Pack Giveaway. Diehl not only said yes, but also purchased two tables full of school supplies. With the help of Diehl and the community, we were able to pick up two car of loads of supplies to help fill 306 back packs.

The Legacy Project of Stark just wants to "Thank" Diehl Subaru for choosing our non profit to receive funds for the month of May. We are so grateful for partnerships like these that show the students we serve a community is behind them. The monies that we received from Diehl will be used to impact even more students moving forward. Thanks again from the staff of the Legacy Project of Stark and also the 4th-12th grade students we serve on a weekly basis.

The American Heart Association was honored to be part of the Diehl Charity of the month program. They generously donated $1400 to help improve the heart health of the Stark County community and help the AHA provide CPR/AED education. We are very grateful for Diehl and the "heart" they have for the community.

Diehl Subaru of Massillon is an extraordinary community partner teaming up with multiple charities throughout the year. Being selected as one of the two local charities for the 2022 Subaru Share the Love® Event, Perry Helping Perry received a check for $20,217 this month. Since 2019, the Subaru Share the Love event has raised more than $75,000 for PHP. Also throughout the year, Diehl Subaru is a drop off site for non-perishable food and bike donations for PHP. Perry Helping Perry operates a Food Pantry, Clothes Closet, Bike Program, Sack Snacks Program, Back to School Program and Children's Christmas Program. In 2022, PHP served an average of 148 families twice a month through the Food Pantry, handed out 360 Sack Snacks per school week, distributed 228 back packs, helped 424 children at Christmas and clothed 1,000s in the community. Our Bike Program rolled out 317 bikes for a total of 805 in three years. Most of those bikes were donated at Diehl Subaru. 2023 is proving to be just a busy! Perry Helping Perry greatly appreciates the support of Diehl Subaru, Subaru Share the Love Event and the community for their support!

Diehl Automotive of Massillon was kind enough to pay for a TEAM sponsorship for our town of East Canton's Little Hornets football league. This means so much to our community, our kids, and our program. The Little Hornets Football league offers so much to our adolescent children. They teach teamwork, bravery, work ethic, what family is and so much more. Thank you so much Diehl Automotive of Massillon!!!

C&A is extremely grateful for Diehl Subaru’s partnership and sponsorship of the Hoops & Heart Reverse Raffle to benefit the Mike Flood Endowment Fund held on March 24 at the Massillon Eagles. The Mike Flood Endowment secures a strong financial future of C&A by growing savings in reserves and provides funding for programs/staff development to better serve the agency’s staff and the 4,100 clients it serves each year. Diehl’s sponsorship of this event help the agency raise $20,000 in support of the endowment.

The Stark County Humane Society has proudly serviced Stark County for over 100 years! We continue to speak for those that cannot speak for themselves. The Stark County Humane Society's mission is to protect unwanted animals from cruelty and neglect, and to provide them with safe housing while awaiting placement in a permanent and loving home. In 2022, we serviced 3,691 animals. This would not be possible without the support such as the support of Subaru and Diehl's Subaru. One person makes a difference but a team makes an impact.

We are so happy to be paired up with Diehl's Subaru of Massillon. We receive most of our furry friends from families that are no longer able to care for them. Carl was surrendered due to his family's health issues. He was a 9 month old Bichon/ Shih Tzu mix. With the help of Diehl's Subaru Adoption Event, we were able to find him a forever new home.

Diehl Subaru of Massillon selected Refuge of Hope Ministries as the charity of the month promising $25 for every new Subaru sold in February. They kept their promise and delivered a check for $1600 all because their customers love Subaru! That love is passed on through hot, nutritious meals; warm, safe, shelter for homeless men; clothing, medical care, and HOPE for our neighbors (men, women, and children) who visit Refuge of Hope. That's a lot of love! Thank you!

Homeless men, and hungry men, women, and children come to Refuge of Hope Ministries in Canton, Ohio for shelter, meals, clothing, medical care, and HOPE. During the winter months, getting to Refuge of Hope can be a cold, soggy walk, a puddle-filled bike ride, or a bus ride from one side town to another. Many of our guests arrive with cold, wet feet after trudging through the snow and rain and waiting on piles of slushy snow at the bus stop. Diehl Subaru of Massillon demonstrated how they see the needs of our neighbors by donating 1000 pairs of warm, dry socks and $25 for every new Subaru sold in February totaling nearly $1,000...and that was just this year! The Subaru family has provided much needed blankets in the past, too. Highly rated vehicles bought by loyal customers from thoughtful staff make for more comfortable, happy neighbors. Thank you, Diehl Subaru of Massillon, for seeing our neighbors, loving them, and giving them HOPE with every pair of new socks! #SubaruLovesToHelp and everyone at Refuge of Hope is thankful! 💜🧡

From Unwanted to Happily ever after! We had eight unwanted puppies come in to the Stark County Humane Society. Through the generous donations from our community and our vet, we were able to spay, neuter, as well as microchipped and current on age appropriate vaccinations. With the amazing partnership of Diehl"s Subaru, we were able to find loving homes for all eight of our puppies no matter what their breed. We would like to Thank Diehl's Subaru for their continuous support.

Perry Helping Perry (PHP) is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to helping the people of Perry Township who need help with day to day living. We provide groceries from our food pantry twice a month, we take in donated bicycles and repair them to give to kids and families in Perry who can't afford one. We have a clothes closet where qualified residents can receive free clothes. Diehl Subaru has helped us immensely with these programs by accepting bikes and food donations from the community. We have received financial support directly through the Subaru Share the Love Event. Without the help of Diehl Subaru we could not do what we do. In the last two years we have received and donated back over 500 bikes. Dustin has been so gracious to allow us to store bikes until we are ready to pick them up. One other program that Diehl Subaru has helped us with is our back to school program. We are able to provide school age kids a new back pack filled with age appropriate school supplies at the beginning of each school year. Diehl has been instrumental in supplying PHP with back packs and supplies to allow us to distribute over 200 back packs. They also serve as a drop off location for non-perishable food items for our food pantry. We have been able to provide food twice monthly to over 150 families, representing over 500 people. Attached are some photos of food, bikes and more from Diehl Subaru.

Hunter came to us in July of 2022. His family wasn’t able to give him the proper attention. Hunter is about 8-9 yrs old so he was a senior fella looking for his new family. He is a very sweet fella that loves to play with toys and to go for walks. On October 25th he finally found his free ride. He is living his best life now, and goes on a lot of rides with his new family. Thank you, Subaru, for your support!

Star is a very sweet young lady. Star was picked up by our emergency van driver. She was struck by a car on her back end, it had shattered her rear right leg. Star ended up needing her leg amputated. She is on the road to healing and found her happily ever after with a new family. Thanks for the support, Subaru!
