Matt Coletta began his career at Diehl Automotive in 2005 and showcases over 27 years of automotive experience to the Subaru showroom. He strives to help every customer in their car-buying experiences, and his goal is to make it as stress-free as possible. On his off days, he likes to travel with his wife and watch Cleveland sports.

Jessica Newman has been a financial advisor for over 12 years. In her time in the auto industry, she has built relations with over 30 lenders that Diehl Subaru of Massillon has partnered with to get you the best rate possible! Deborah Knight is Diehl Subaru's dedicated BDC Manager. With a passion for both her work and her family, Deborah is an integral part of our team. Dan Dager is our long-time parts manager at Diehl Subaru of Massillon for over 37 years. Dan gets positive reviews online from customers because he is known for being very friendly and helpful. If you need a new or replacement part for your Subaru, Dan has access to one of the area's largest parts inventories. And with our recently expanded parts department, Dan has more parts in stock than ever before.

Matt Phillips is excited to bring his passion for cars and customer service to the auto industry. Originally from New Philadelphia, OH, Matt returned to Northeast Ohio in fall 2023 after 30 years in Southern California, where he worked in Information Technology and Tech Support. Outside of work, Matt enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and the beach. His fresh perspective and dedication make him an invaluable part of the Diehl Subaru team, ensuring every vehicle delivery is smooth and enjoyable.

Paris Ball has been with the Diehl Automotive since 2018. He started as a lot attendant and worked his way into the showroom as a Sales Associate. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball, and watching Cleveland sports.

Rick has been with Diehl Subaru of Massillon for over 18 years and is our most veteran consultant at the Subaru showroom. Rick is been advising and facilitating the sale of Subarus for so long, he has not only seen his love for Subarus pass on to his customers, but also make its way to the hearts of his customer's children as they have also turned to Rick for their first Subaru.
