Dustin Shahan serves as the General Manager at Diehl Subaru, where he has proudly been part of the Diehl Automotive family for over 19 years. His journey with the organization began in 2007 as a lot attendant while attending Timken High School, spending five years learning the business from the ground up by washing vehicles and supporting dealership operations.
Following his time as a lot attendant, Dustin transitioned into sales at Diehl Honda, where he spent five successful years helping customers find the perfect vehicles to fit their needs. His dedication, work ethic, and leadership skills led to his promotion to Assistant Manager, followed shortly thereafter by a role as Sales Manager—a position he held for more than a year before joining the Subaru team in 2019 as Used Car Manager. In 2021, Dustin was promoted to his current role as General Manager of Diehl Subaru, where he continues to lead with integrity, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for developing his team.
Beyond his professional achievements, Dustin is a devoted husband, proud father, and dog lover. He has a deep appreciation for community involvement and enjoys supporting local causes whenever possible. Once an avid bowler, Dustin still values the camaraderie and friendships that came with the sport. He is also a lifelong fan of the Christmas season, cherishing the joy, warmth, and togetherness it brings—a reflection of his upbeat and community-oriented spirit.
When he’s not at the dealership, Dustin finds his greatest joy in spending time with his wife, daughter, and three dogs, cheering on his daughter’s performances, and celebrating the moments that make life meaningful.
Matt Coletta began his career at Diehl Automotive in 2005 and showcases over 27 years of automotive experience to the Subaru showroom. He strives to help every customer in their car-buying experiences, and his goal is to make it as stress-free as possible. On his off days, he likes to travel with his wife and watch Cleveland sports.
Paris Ball has been with the Diehl Automotive since 2018. He started as a lot attendant and worked his way up to become a Sales Consultant, and quickly became our recent Sales Manager. He is the most featured Subaru Sales Associate in our TikTok and Facebook videos, so it’s likely you already recognize him and know who to look for when you stop in! In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wiener dog Ozzy, making high quality Pop Punk music, and watching sports.
Olivia has been a valued member of the Diehl team since 2011, beginning her career in the BDC Department before advancing into her current role as Finance Manager. With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, she is dedicated to making the financing process smooth, transparent, and stress-free for every customer. Her background within the company allows her to understand the full customer journey and provide personalized support every step of the way.
Outside of work, Olivia’s daughter is her entire world. She loves spending as much time as possible with her—especially cheering her on at volleyball games. Olivia is a Cleveland Cavaliers fan who enjoys attending Cleveland sporting events, doing puzzles, and shopping at Target in her free time.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, James Wills has worn many hats—technician, advisor, and now service manager. His well-rounded background and leadership make him a valuable asset to the Diehl Subaru team, where he ensures quality service and a smooth customer experience.
Outside of work, James enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, gardening, and taking on home improvement projects. Family is at the heart of his life—by September 2025, he’ll be the proud father of seven children and grandfather to seven grandchildren.
Dan Dager has been a dedicated team member at Diehl for over 23 years and brings nearly four decades of experience in the automotive industry, starting his career back in 1988. As Parts Manager at Diehl Subaru of Massillon, Dan is known for his extensive knowledge, friendly attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his four beloved dogs, who keep him busy and bring joy to his life every day.
Matt Phillips is excited to bring his passion for cars and customer service to the auto industry. Originally from New Philadelphia, OH, Matt returned to Northeast Ohio in fall 2023 after 30 years in Southern California, where he worked in Information Technology and Tech Support.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and the beach. His fresh perspective and dedication make him an invaluable part of the Diehl Subaru team, ensuring every vehicle delivery is smooth and enjoyable.

Debby is a dedicated single mom to three wonderful girls, with a heart full of love for her family and a passion for animals. Their home is shared with a variety of pets, including a ball python, a rescued corn snake, a German Shepherd, a Pitbull, and three cats, all of whom have found a loving forever home with her. In the summer, she enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, and relaxing on the lake, making memories with her daughters. When winter rolls around, you’ll find her indoors, enjoying cozy game nights and quality time with her girls.
